I believe that women are SO extremely powerful and I trust wholeheartedly that they have absolutely all the power they need within them to birth simply.

Birth is the best thing that women have the privilege of being able to do. It’s a transformation of the best kind. You’ll remember your birth experience and how you were made to feel during it for the rest of your life.

My role is to be a gentle guide to lean you back into your strength. This is your experience and I’m here to validate, to listen and hold space for you. I hear you, I honour you, I soulfully guide you into your intuition and allow you to trust in yourself.

I believe that birth is unpredictable but that doesn’t mean you can’t be prepared for it. Education, knowledge and ultimately, trust are the biggest drivers towards having a positive birth. I trust in my own ability to be able to support, validate and gently guide you through this extraordinarily ordinary rite of passage.

Your birth and postpartum experience deserves so much love and nourishment. You deserve respect, you deserve support, you deserve trust, you deserve to feel safe, you deserve to feel loved and cherished and I’m here to do all of that. Birth affects your mind, body and soul and is one of the best things you get to do. Make it bloody good!
